Oh Brother!!!
Aren't big brothers great??!! We have this plastic cow that is motion activated and it moos really loud. When Chandler and Rainey were babies that mooing cow would unnerve them both. We had not turned the cow on in a long time but Chandler recently happened upon it and started tormenting baby sister with it.
She ran to her mommy and would not get down as long as Chandler had the cow.

Just looks at those eyes! You can tell he is up to something....I'm sure Rainey will get him back one day though. (Just wait till he gets his first girlfriend, pay back time....)
