Happy Birthday, Sam!!

We celebrated our little grandson,  Sam's 1st birthday!!  Wow - this year has really passed quickly!!

Spring Break

During Spring Break we went to visit Robert's mother for a few days.  While we were they I went with Jeanell and Robert's sister, Cheryl to Galveston to a comedy show.  We went to the Grand Opera House to see Jeanne Robertson and Carl Hurley.  They were both so funny.  My brother listens to Carl on the radio and I had heard Jeanne before on the radio and I think she is hilarious!!  Here are a couple pics of the inside of the Opera House.

We ate lunch at Mario's Italian Seafood.  It was a buffet and the food was very good!!

We had a great time!!

Enjoyed visiting with Robert's family for a few days and then came home to do a little work around the house before going back to work!!

Happy Birthday,Chandler!!!

In February we celebrated sweet Chandler's birthday.  He likes the game Angry Birds so that was the  theme of the party!!

I drug out an old toy for the kids to play with.  This light bright belonged to Britni, Kylie and Austin when they were little.  Chandler and Rainey had fun with it.

My little brother, Jim made this rocking horse for Austin when he turned one.  Of course I had to get a pic of all the grandkids riding on it. 

Also during this weekend, we found out we will be getting another little Johnson grandbaby in October!!!  Oh yeah!!!

Valentine's 2012

I got these beautiful flowers and some great cards from my sweet husband and son!!

Chandler-

I love fishing in the streams, sleep without dreams,

Watching grandkids as they play and hay. 

I love riding on a train, playing in the rain,

Camping in the yard and stars.

 And I love you too!

I love Legos on the floor, chasing you when you’re bored,

Swimming in the pool and tools.

I love playing in the park, roasting wieners in the dark, 

Dancing with the Xbox and socks.

And I love you too!

I love leaves in the fall, playing basketball,

Crunchy ice with coke and jokes.

I love coffee in a cup, little fuzzy pups, 

Your precious big blue eyes and fries.

And I love you too.

Rainey -

I love reading Pinkalicious , coming home to clean dishes,

A sweet blonde haired girl and pearls.

I love your face when you giggle, puppies when they wiggle,

Your beautiful blue eyes and pie.

I love Barbies on the floor, shopping in the stores, 

Coffee in my cup and pups.

I love playing in the snow, grass when it's mowed,

Kisses from a child and smiles.

I love getting brand new shoes, cooking in the kitchen with you,

Playing in the sandbox and socks.

I love swimming in the pool, swinging when it's cool,

Lightning bugs in the dark and parks.

Precious Harrison and his sweet daddy made these little hearts for his mommy and his grandmothers. The little indention is his sweet fingerprint.

Last Christmas get together!!

Finally in January we got together with Trevor and Erin to exchange Christmas gifts with the littles!!

We stayed with the girls and watched the grands having fun.

Happy Birthday, Steve!!!

My brother hit the double-nickle this year so we helped him to celebrate. 

A few family members helping Steve celebrate were Uncle Buck and Aunt Audrey  Faye, cousins - Nelda and David and sister, Ann.

Also helping to celebrate was Steve's daughter and my sweet niece, Lindsay . . .
